These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services available at pacesonicsports.com. By accessing or making a purchase, you agree to comply with the following terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

The General Conditions are accessible at any time on the Website and take precedence over any other version or conflicting document. You can find the General Conditions at any time in the footer of our Website under 'Terms & Conditions.' We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon being published online and will not apply retroactively to prior purchases. Each order is governed by the Terms in effect on the date of the transaction. The purchase of Products from the Website is intended solely for non-commercial, individual consumers aged 18 years or older with full legal capacity. The Website does not allow the purchase of Products for resale. For wholesale or resale inquiries, please contact us at contact@pacesonicsports.com. Pacesonic reserves the right to reject any order deemed abnormal. Any order placed on the Website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

PRODUCTS AND SALES

Pacesonic offers for sale textile products and accessories manufactured by and/or for Pacesonic or its commercial partners (hereinafter referred to as the "Products"). The principal characteristics of the Products are displayed on our Website. Only Products available on the Website at the time of order are offered for sale. Product and price offers remain valid as long as they appear on the Website.

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of damage or incorrectly shipped products.

PRICING

The price displayed at checkout is the final price charged at the time of purchase. All prices are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

For international orders, prices exclude any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes these are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed. Please note that international customers may also be subject to currency conversion fees depending on their payment provider.

AVAILABILITY

Products available for sale are listed on the Website, and availability is updated in real time. If a Product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and provide options for a refund or alternative selection.

SECURE PAYMENT

The full payment is required on the day the order is placed. Accepted payment methods include:

Bank Transfer (for Indonesian customers only)

Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

Other secure payment options via Midtrans Payment Gateway

Payments are securely processed through Midtrans, which implements SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliance to protect user data. More details about Midtrans security and payment processing can be found at Midtrans' Official Website.

Midtrans does not store customer card details but offers a tokenization feature that allows customers to save their card details securely for future transactions. These details are stored as a token associated with a unique user ID, ensuring privacy and security.

ORDER, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We process orders from Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 14:00 WIB (Jakarta time). Orders placed after 14:00 will still be processed, and shipping labels may be created the same day, but the shipment will be picked up and counted as sent on the next business day. Orders placed on Sundays will begin processing on Monday. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped or the shipping label has been created.

Domestic orders within Indonesia are shipped via JNE, with multiple shipping options available at checkout. International shipping is available at a flat-rate fee via EMS (Express Mail Service). Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that once the package is handed over to the courier, Pacesonic is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit. Customers are encouraged to track their shipments using the provided tracking link. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

A small handling fee is included in the shipping cost to help cover packaging, transaction, and processing expenses. This ensures smooth order fulfillment and helps us maintain the best service possible.

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND RISK

Ownership of the Products is transferred to the customer upon full payment of the order. The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer once the Product is handed over to the shipping carrier.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. We apologize, but at this time, we do not accept exchanges for size or color.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact Pacesonic Customer Service within 5 days (domestic orders) or 10 days (international orders) of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

We are responsible for return and reshipping costs due to our error, such as when the wrong item is sent or the product is defective.

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned, except in cases of damage or incorrect shipment.

Depending on the case, refunds will be issued as store credit or a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers may request a return or refund only in cases where the item received is damaged, or if the wrong color or size was shipped by Pacesonic.

To request a return under these conditions, please contact Pacesonic Customer Service within 5 days (for domestic orders) or 10 days (for international orders) of receiving the item. Products must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the customer chooses a refund (store credit or money back), please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Return and reshipping fees for eligible items will be covered by Pacesonic.

PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROTECTION

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, detailing how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We comply with Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27/2022) and ensure that customer data is handled securely.

Payment transactions are securely processed via Midtrans, adhering to PCI-DSS compliance standards for fraud prevention. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which collects and processes customer data to enhance security, improve shopping experiences, and facilitate transactions. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, logos, and product images on pacesonicsports.com are the property of Pacesonic and may not be copied or used without permission.

Any unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Pacesonic is not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, system failures, or financial losses arising from the use of our services.

FORCE MAJEURE

Pacesonic is not responsible for any delay, failure to perform, or other obligations affected by events beyond our reasonable control.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
